Job summary

Comcast is seeking a retail sales lead in California to drive exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives. You will manage store operations, uphold merchandising standards, and optimize inventory processes while coaching staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

5–7 years of relevant work experience.
Strong customer experience and leadership in retail sales.

Responsibilities

Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics.
Onboard and develop new hires to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and product demos.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve escalations with the Store Manager.
Improve store efficiency through inventory control and back-of-house organization.
Lead inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts.
Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities.
Provide product and service knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain attendance; work nights and weekends with variable schedules and overtime.
Perform other duties as assigned.
