Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Jacksonville to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain compliant store operations. You will coach staff, drive sales through product education, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory processes.

You must be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, and demonstrate leadership with POS experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED received.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing or sales.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on retail store operations experience, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• 6 months as a Curaleaf Store Associate showing consistent performance.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

• Drive consultative selling with open-ended questions, active listening, and product education.
• Promote loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs and capturing customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to build trust.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure accurate POS profiles and inventory integrity.
• Lead opening/closing duties and daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and state regulations.
• Achieve daily KPI goals through upselling and product knowledge.
