Job summary

Curaleaf Gainesville is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences and guide a motivated team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example, coach associates, manage opening/closing, verify IDs, process transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding SOPs and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS and cash handling.
• Minimum of 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Experience as a Store Associate with consistent performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.
• Ability to work across all store stations.
