Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida. You will support the Store Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales targets. You’ll act as Manager on Duty, maintain store operations, and ensure brand standards are upheld across shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Curaleaf offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Operate as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management.
Represent Curaleaf and educate guests on products.
Communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
Model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to drive loyalty and financial targets.
Monitor and coach customer service performance of team members.
Oversee store operations, shifts, delegation, and scheduling.
