Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate at our Jensen Beach location to drive exceptional customer experiences and inspire the team. You will be a key brand ambassador, ensuring a welcoming, compliant, and high‑performing store environment.

You will lead by example in customer service and operations, coach peers, and manage daily POS tasks, inventory, and cash handling while promoting loyalty programs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Empower associates to build customer relationships through product recommendations.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell on the floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Execute opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Uphold SOPs, safety protocols, and compliant store operations.
