Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. You will guide daily operations, coach teammates, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with SOPs and cash handling procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and POS experience, plus flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay starts at $17.50 per hour with opportunities to grow within the Curaleaf brand family.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum of 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and reconciling cash drawers.
• Store Associate experience with consistent performance (6+ months).
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experiences and coach team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive consultative selling and personalized product recommendations.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and collect customer insights.
• Ensure inventory integrity and accurate POS profiles during transactions.
• Open and close duties, cash reconciliation, and daily huddles.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready store environment and comply with SOPs and regulations.
