Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding a retail team. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive performance, and shape a welcoming, compliant store environment.

You will lead by example in customer service and operational excellence, coach teammates, and handle opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and inventory accuracy while complying with SOPs and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest environment and coach the team.
• Empower associates with personalized product recommendations and guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and upselling on the floor.
• Enroll guests in the rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into trust-building opportunities.
• Maintain a compliant, high-performing store operations and checkout flow.
