Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate at our West Palm Beach location. You will lead a retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and act as brand ambassador.

You’ll guide operations, ensure compliance, manage opening/closing duties, and drive sales through consultative engagement with guests. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer-facing roles, 6+ months in retail leadership, and solid POS/cash handling experience, with a 21+ age requirement and a high school

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months leadership in retail.
• 21+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6+ months retail store operations experience including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf team members need 6 months as Store Associate demonstrated performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative selling and upselling on the floor.
