Job summary

Nike Retail Supervisor at Nike Factory Store Princeton is the face of NIKE, delivering high-volume service in a fast-paced environment. You guide teams to assist customers in choosing the right products, while upholding our service standards and brand culture.

You’ll lead by example, stay knowledgeable about products, and collaborate with teammates to drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to use customer service to make customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stock displays and assist teammates.
