Nike Factory Pismo Beach is looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead a high‑energy team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help customers select the right products, manage daily store operations, and uphold Nike standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role is full‑time, with hours that include nights and weekends. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; at least 18 years old is required. Enjoy great discounts and benefits with Nike family brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
