Job summary

Nike Retail Supervisor at Nike Rise KOP in King of Prussia, PA, leads a high-volume store team, delivers exceptional customer service, and helps customers find the right products. You’ll model Nike’s Service Principles and guide teammates to meet store goals.

This full-time role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 38–40 hours per week. Prior retail experience is preferred; you’ll learn about new products and train teammates while contributing to a welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
