• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and inventory counts.
• Support in recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.
