Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach associates, uphold store standards, and partner with the leadership team to maximize profitability while fostering an inclusive, high-energy culture.

You’ll guide daily operations, drive sales performance, and participate in training and development to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and lead by example.
• Support the store leadership team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Support inventory integrity through proper receiving and loss prevention practices.
