Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's leadership team and drive best-in-class customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and inventory handling.
• Support stockroom, merchandising, and loss prevention; ensure product flow to sales floor.
