Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams, coach associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting in Wisconsin. You will partner with store leadership to maximize profitability, uphold brand standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities include guiding daily operations, merchandising, stockroom flow, and onboarding while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Solution-oriented and flexible in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Coach and develop associates to deliver engagement and meet productivity goals.
Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
