Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach associates, model selling behaviors, and ensure operations excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational (retail) leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and driving profitability.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
