Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations while building local client relationships.

You will contribute to growing TurboTax’s local presence and participate in marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and community

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain required state licenses and PTIN.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing/outreach efforts and leverage TurboTax tools to grow the client base.
• Interact with customers on-site and via Intuit’s video communication tools.
