Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers, and help grow the local TurboTax client base with community engagement.

You will use tax expertise to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes, while building lasting client relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver high-quality client experiences, building trust for long-term relationships in-person and via tools.
