Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them achieve favorable financial outcomes.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage marketing support to create a thriving business in your community. A strong tax background and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing activities with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
• Assist with tax planning and client reviews for optimized results.
• Use government sites and professional tools to deliver accurate taxation solutions.
