Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support to help customers navigate complex tax situations.

You’ll build relationships in your community, grow the client base, and participate in local marketing activities with TurboTax resources. This role emphasizes customer service, tax knowledge, and a front-facing retail presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for a range of tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax marketing tools and platforms.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support.
