Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You will engage the local community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience; knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
