Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, using TurboTax software and resources to deliver precise solutions in plain language.

You’ll also grow the client base and foster long-term relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
PTIN required to file taxes.
Must maintain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
On-site availability at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
