Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in EA, CPA, or law with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain relevant state licenses
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 tax returns
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Onsite full-time schedule, weekends/hours vary
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Perform tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Support customers in-person and via marketing-driven outreach.
• Collaborate with local marketing to grow client base.
