Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, and help clients navigate their tax needs.

As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Must reside in the United States; frontline retail environment experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community with marketing support.
