Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to clients in a friendly, community-focused setting.

As a trusted advisor, you will attract new clients, nurture relationships, and leverage marketing resources to grow your local TurboTax business while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Must obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (1040) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform, front-facing retail role.
• Ability to build local/community presence.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
