Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 1040s (federal/state) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance rules.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Develop long-term client relationships and drive local client acquisition.
• Assist customers in-person and via Intuit tools and marketing resources.
