Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing collaboration with TurboTax marketing, and a willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax locations 20 hours/week (Sun–Sat).
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a retail environment.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and through community outreach.
