Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the client base and building community relationships.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate taxes and achieve positive financial outcomes, all within a front-facing retail environment and marketing-supported program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
