Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a retail setting.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while complying with Intuit’s policies and wearing the TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attny license required or equivalent
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season
• PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Comfort working onsite in TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing
• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers
• Perform tax calculations, reviews, and software guidance to optimize refunds
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term customer relationships
