Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools. Licensing and state credentials are preferred, with a goal of empowering prosperity in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state tax returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and planning opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build local client relationships.
