Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve clients at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the client base in the local community.

The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term trust, and representing TurboTax in the local market. Onsite availability and tax proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
