You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging tax expertise and a client-centric approach. As a trusted advisor, you’ll cultivate local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining the TurboTax uniform and onsite hours.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a tax professional (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language; build client relationships.
