Intuit is looking for year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a strong customer experience.

The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, requiring onsite presence, a commitment to service, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients in your local area.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
