Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local customers and building a loyal client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. A tax license and on-site availability are required, with potential for growth and collaboration

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain any required state licenses or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
