Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare returns, give tax advice, and support customers in person using TurboTax products.

You will also help grow the local client base through community engagement and marketing efforts. Applicants should have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) and be comfortable working weekends in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred with strong filing experience.
• Ability to file complex returns and advise on deductions and planning.
• Onsite, retail environment experience and comfort with public interaction.
• Knowledge of tax rules and ability to explain them in everyday language.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a front-facing ambassador in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers onsite.
• Grow the client base through outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and leverage TurboTax resources for clients.
• Engage customers to build long-term relationships and trust.
