Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support clients in a friendly, community-focused environment.

You’ll engage with customers in person, grow the local TurboTax client base, and leverage marketing support and software to build a thriving, compliant practice with a focus on prosperity for clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trusted advisory services.
