Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building a local client base and growing TurboTax’s presence in the community. You will engage with prospects, deliver personalized tax solutions, and represent TurboTax as a trusted local advisor while meeting on-site hours and eligibility for performance-based

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
