Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and growing the client base with community-focused outreach. You will utilize tax expertise to maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and deliver personalized planning guidance in everyday language, while representing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes approachable.
