Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients.

The role emphasizes community engagement, client growth, and a positive customer experience. Qualified candidates will have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of hands-on tax filing experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador at events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
