Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, blending tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/support, while growing TurboTax’s client base locally and building long-term relationships with the community through marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Build local client relationships and drive community awareness of TurboTax services.
