Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging customers and building a local client base.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and have 3+ years of tax return experience. You’ll operate in a fast-paced retail setting, wear a TurboTax uniform, and collaborate with local marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week, weekends possible.
• Willing to build local community presence as TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build client trust.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach and marketing support.
