Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and serve customers in person, becoming a trusted advisor in your community.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing support, and help clients navigate tax outcomes. The role requires on-site presence, weekend availability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and attract new clients through outreach.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
• Support local marketing and community outreach efforts using TurboTax resources.
