Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support. You will engage with customers, grow the local client base, and deliver a superior service experience in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday-Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience to help clients reach financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships and support local marketing efforts.
