Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers, helping them maximize refunds and plan for the future.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing participation, and building long-term client relationships. A valid tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience; bilingual

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses or permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Experience in front-facing retail environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités
