Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to customers in person, leveraging TurboTax tools to deliver accurate solutions and build community relationships. The role requires active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and the ability to work onsite up to 20 hours per week, with potential for increased demand during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver professional tax solutions in everyday language using government resources and team support.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships in-person and via TurboTax tools.
