Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to expand the customer base and build lasting relationships. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, tax expertise, and a willingness to grow a local presence through events and outreach, with access to TurboTax resources

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite a TurboTax location Sunday through Saturday with at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
