Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships within the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in accessible language.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and foster long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate with marketing to make taxes approachable.
