Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers with personal and business tax needs while growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing collaboration, and delivering an exceptional in-person customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals, building long-term relationships.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community and through marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
