Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while engaging with customers to build lasting relationships and grow the local client base.

Qualifications include active tax professional licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and 20+ hours/week on-site. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience with tax advisory beyond filing is valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex federal/state returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help build local client relationships.
