Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is looking for TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, while building relationships with local customers and the community.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, client discovery sessions, and leveraging marketing support to grow the local client base. A customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proac­tive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base through local outreach.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government and professional tools.
